We have a trial period of 6 weeks for a full refund. This is to allow for a proper evaluation of the product performance. This means at the 6th calendar week, after receiving the item as delivered by mail carrier, you have a window of 1 calendar week, to request a refund. For requests for refunds prior to 6 weeks, you agree that our team has full discretion whether or not to issue a refund because, as agreed and written in the terms and conditions, there is a ‘6-week trial’ period as described in the preceding paragraph. For orders received and trialed less than 6 weeks, it is up to the support team to issue a refund or to wait until the 6th-7th calendar week period, at which time all customers properly assess the performance of the product used and can request a refund. The buyer agrees that after receiving the package after 8 weeks, no refund will be issued as per company policy.

With this purchase and by checking the terms & conditions at checkout, the customer acknowledges that corporations and/or companies who have purchased are NOT eligible for refunds at any time.

The customer also acknowledges and agrees that customers who 'act in bad faith', purchasing in patterns or in a manner to harm the company, including purchasing multiple units and requesting multiple refunds will forfeit their right to a refund or any money back guarantee.

The customer acknowledges that the company has the sole discretion to determine whether a company, corporation, or family, or any group of individuals are conspiring to harm the company with purchases and claims for refunds and this judgement can be made by the company based on any suspicion, with an internal threshold that is subject to change at the company's discretion.
This can be based on any suspicion that a conspiracy to harm the company with multiple purchases and multiple returns by any company, corporation or family will immediately void the money back guarantee as it violates the good faith nature and the intention of the guarantee to individuals trialing this product to see results.

To be eligible for a return, after 8 weeks, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Postage for refund and handling fee of $10 will be deducted from the return amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
